Sitting them on the heating pad could have been worse than leaving them out. You shouldn't heat up a cold egg, but let it warm to room temp naturally.

Also all packages we have sent are signature required on delivery and they still leave them.

They even left my 1851 conversion hanging on the fence which by federal law cannot be left without a signature. A custom $1500.00 gun just left hanging for anybody to take.

I'd definately say you've got just cause to complain. Do both the regular carrier and the sub so this?​
