As for the OP I agree with the others. I am dubious that it was your eggs that made the man ill. Way too many unknowns when it comes to food poisoning to say for sure about what caused the problem without some careful testing being done to isolate the problem. Especially when there is only one person involved.

I doubt your eggs made that customer sick....have him try it again. If he gets sick then it could be egg allergies.

To age your eggs to be like store egg they would need to be at least a week old. If ya want to show yours are better just buy some store eggs an open them by your eggs in front of them. Unless they are color blind they will see.

It's really weird, but I get sick with fresh eggs and don't get sick with store bought eggs. I don't know why?

The fresh eggs taste SO much better though it's almost worth the bathroom runs.
