Eggs need help

I have a hen that had been sitting on her eggs about 2 to 2 and a half weeks. Not sure because we didn't find her right away. Last night all was fine. This morning she was out and about. I checked her eggs and found 9. Husband said there were 11. The eggs looks somewhat shiny/wet. My guess is something traumatized her and she left. Should I bring the eggs in and try to finish incubating them or leave them alone? Help please

Wash your hands, then collect all the eggs. Candle each egg and look for signs of development. Then put them in the incubator.
