Eggs not fertile

I have a goose sat on eggs for over 4 weeks but they have not hatched does this mean the Gander is to old

Can I keep 2 gander with with one goose

Probably not can you get another female they really like to pair up or trios meaning 1-2 females per gander. They mate for life . Also having 2 ganders mating her can really stress out the female she could even be injured. Maybe if you can't get another female rehome on of the ganders just make sure you keep them one she is bonded with.

Can I keep the two pairs in the same pen if I get another pair of geese the pair I have have been together 3 years so I was thinking of getting another younger gander and a young goose what I want to know is could I keep them all together

Probably not during breeding season hormones are pretty high and I don't think 2 ganders would do well penned together. Do they ever get to be out to forage? Just bringing home 2 new ones you would have to introduce them to each other slowly that is best done with them living side by side where they can see each other but can't touch. Then introduce them on neutral ground so the 2 adults won't think they have to protect their space. This is the way I have had to do it in the past.
