Someone please HELP. My eggs are on day 19 and I have Pips! 4 have piped and have beaks poking out. There are 12 silkies and 2 standard faverolles. Only the silkies are piping. Some of the others are peeping from inside the egg! The problem I wasn't ready for early chicks and my humidity was to low - 36% - I have put water & sponges in to raise it. Also I turned the eggs this morning - was going to be the last time - did this hurt them? Also, we moved the incubator to a more visible spot before I realized they were piping and peeping so they cooled off some - will they survive?

Too late to do much now except up the humidity and cross your fingers. Get them out of the turner if they are in one, and leave them alone. They might just surprise you and pop out of there fine! Keep us posted.

i had this happen a week ago. just get your humidity up asap. i don't think you hurt them. i candled mine, rolling it around made it peep and it hatched in less than ten hours. maybe you could wrap towels around the one that pipped. i don't know for sure but it sounds like a good way to get some moisture to it fast... good luck.

It's ok

They should be fine. Last summer I lost track of so many hatches and was turning stuff all the way to hatch time with no ill effects. Raise the humidity up some, leave them alone and I'm sure you will see chicks within the next couple days.
