Eggs pipped but not hatched

one of my eggs pipped at least 5 hours ago and still hasn’t started zipping around yet, should I be worried about it and do I need to do anything? Also my other two eggs haven’t pipped yet, does anyone else’s eggs hatch at very different times?

nothing to worry about. takes about 24 hours to complete the process. Some less time, some more.
I have incubated about 6 clutches and none of mine have actually hatched at the same time.

After pipping a chick usually takes a rest, which can last up to 24 hours. Many times it is still absorbing the yolk and blood. Whatever you do, don't mess with it. And yes, chicks in the same clutch hatch at different times, though usually within the same day or two.

Congrats on the eggs!
Like the answers above, it may take longer for one chick to hatch than with another.
My first batch of eggs only hatched two, yet they both were at least 4-5 hours apart.
"It can take anywhere from an hour up to a day for a pipped egg to hatch. Some will pip a bit and then stop for a long time, then finish up all at once in the space of a few minutes. Some will consistently pip until they pop out, within an hour. And anywhere in between." quoted from a reply on:

My egg egg hatched about 18 hours after pipping but the rest of my eggs still haven’t pipped even though the other one pipped more than 24 hours ago. It is now day 22

They have now been in the incubator for 22 full days.**

Yes even at 23 days chicks were healthy. Not all of them hatched but 7 did and are now 6 weeks old and healthy. Best of luck.
