Eggs pipped but not hatching

I have a batch of 24 eggs, two eggs pipped and attempted to hatch yesterday on day 20. One survived and is doing well and the second one died after unzipping half the shell. This morning two more pipped and have not made any progress. Its 1:00 now. Several more have pipped about 2 hours ago and have not made any progress. One more pipped and hatched and it only took an hour. My humidity has been between 64% and 69% and the temp has been steady at 100 degrees. I am not sure what to do. If I need to intervene. I do not want to lose anymore.

It can take 18 to 24 hours for a pipped egg to hatch. You don't need to do anything yet. Just keep calm.
