Eggs running out of paint and gritty Question

Ok, I have one little JG hen that is always running out of paint while making eggs. Her eggs are also almost always gritty feeling. I know it's just one of those things that happen but it happens to her daily. Todays egg only had a few specks of brown on it and the rest was very pale. My question is if there is anything I can do to help her lay normal eggs?

Some hens are prone to laying eggs with defects.
