Eggs set 48 hours apart....question

My neighbor brought me 4 eggs that I put in the incubator Sunday evening. The hen is laying them by her front door. My neighbor did not cover up the nest and she has laid 4 more. I've added them to the bator. How much difference will 48 hours make, as I don't have a separate hatcher.

It also spiked up to 103 for about 4 hours on the first 4. Did it do any damage to them ~ they have been in the bator for 48 hours.

I have a forced air LG....

There really should not be that big of a problem. I have done it before. Now that I have 2 bators I never have to worry about it.
That small of a temp spike should not be a problem. When you hit 108+ then you have problems.
