I’m not home right now and I have around 5 chicks hatched (day 20) and the paper towel under my eggs got soaked. Will they be okay until 3? The humidity went up to around 75% but they all seem ok and keep hatching on the camera. A family member is home, should I tell her to remove the wet paper towel? It’s touching all of the other eggs.

I'd leave it alone. The risk of being wet is mostly that they can chill. In the incubator at those temperatures they are not going to chill. I think you risk causing more harm by removing it that leaving it alone. It is typical that humidity rises, often more than that, when they hatch. The release a lot of moisture into the incubator as they dry off.

At 75% humidity in there they should dry out and be nice and fluffy if you give them time. Mine have at 85% humidity. But be careful when you move them to the brooder so they don't chill then.
