Eggs still good after being under broody hen?

I recently had my parents looking after my flock while I was away for 4 days. During which time one of my girls went broody underneath the nesting boxes. My parents are older and didn't see her since she blended in. Once I got home I did a full flock check and found her. She had 7 eggs under her from at least 2 other hens.

Since I have a rooster they're almost certainly fertilized. Are these eggs okay to eat or should I toss them? I candled them and I don't see any veins started but I'm not sure. Any insight is welcome.

I've eaten plenty of eggs taken from under a broody, after candling them. One clutch of duck eggs won two first prizes in the local show, as eggs and as an ingredient in lemon curd.

I'd crack them open into a cup one at a time - worst that happens is you find a little blob of barely developed embryo and a few veins and the chickens get a snack.
