Eggs Stuck to Spatulas! Ugh! I hate that!

OK, I've had it. Needless to say, we eat a lot of eggs over here...go figure.

We're "everything in the dishwasher" kinda people, but there's not a dishwasher out there that will take egg off of a spatula, even if you run it again, and again, and again....

It doesn't matter if it's a soft plastic spatula, a hard plastic spatula, a stainless steel spatula...

It's the small things that drive me crazy.

Try spraying some Pam on it next time,little trick my MIL told me.

I'm with you- hot water sets the egg even more, so rinse it immediately under cold water, using a dish brush for a quick scrub. Mom taught me that, for ANYTHING that has egg on it.

To tell the truth, I fix breakfast, stick everything in cold water, quick swipe with a brush later, then into the DW for a complete wash.
