Eggs were hatching and now thier Not?

So I sold a person a trio 2hens/1roo of Ayam Cemani. Back on October 6, 2024. They were brother and sisters trio ( she was made aware, I had Different Roosters available Not related, but I guess thats what she wanted because the trio was 6month in age) As soon as she got them home she collected eggs and had hatched. 6 out of 7-1st round, 2 out of 12-2nd round and 3 out of 12-3rd round. November 18,2024 she told me what was happening. We Through some ideas around. We came to a conclusion if could possibly be the rooster. So I offered her a Free rooster Ayam Cemani from a diffrent Lineage. So she could put him in with the girls instead of thier own brother. Fast forward today January 15,2025. She messaged saying out of 8 eggs ZERO hatched from the new rooster. To me this is Bazar and I'm stumped. Anyone have opinions or thoughts of why this cpuld be happing to her? I have her new roosters brother from the same hatch. An I'm able to come put with 100% hatch rate on His off spring. So I dont think the problem is coming off of my end

The weather here in Texas is bipolar lol. It changes daily, but Recently its been on the colder end low 40's. The lady said it wasnt her incubator an stated she's also used a friends incubator as well with the same issue.

Nutrition can play a big role in fertility and hatchability, time of year (sunshine!), as well as prior proper deworming, coop temperatures, conditions of egg storage etc.
If you have good hatching rates when incubating from your birds, I would suspect the cause for her proclaimed failures to be on her end.

Have her crack eggs in bowl and send pics. That will confirm fertility.

Thank you for the info, I told her about this aswell. Anything to factor into her fertility issues.
