My first time keeping a rooster with my hens. What do I need to expect from the eggs, eating wise? Will there be spots in them?

The small white blastodisc will change to a bullseye shaped blastoderm. That’s it. The taste will be the same. Just make sure you collect them everyday and pencil mark any eggs you put under broody hens as to not get them mixed up.

Collect eggs daily and keep at room temperature or lower and you won't see or taste a difference. GC
