Do you keep your eggs on the counter or in the refrigerator?
(How long are you comfortable keeping your eggs on the counter...hypothetically because you might eat them before time runs out )...

We leave our eggs on the counter till the box gets full lol! We have a small flock so we don’t get a lot of eggs a day. I think depending on how many you get a day, the counter should be fine for a while. We have never had any trouble with counter eggs! Hope this helps!

I also find that having some out in room temp helps with recipes that call for that. Less planning ahead needed!

I refrigerate as we don't go through eggs quickly and I keep them up to 3+ months. I definitely wouldn't want to eat an egg that's sat out for that long!

We put them in the fridge

I leave mine on the counter until maybe week 2 or 3, it truly depends how many are laying. I don't keep many, most get sold.
