Whe had that problem w/ ours but we switched onto meat bird feed fow a week and we still give them some with there feed now, it seemed to really help.

some of them are 2 1/2 - 3 years old, nothing has changed been feeding them 16% protein laying pellets

So they probably stopped laying last fall to molt?
They should be coming back into lay soon.

Might be a late winter hiatus on laying (I have a couple of birds that molt late, so continue laying until then). Even had 2 of my 4 pullets stop laying this past week. Since days are already starting to lengthen they should start up again soon.
