Eggtopsy... pics... what did i do wrong?

This has been a very bad year over-all for my flock. All except 2 hens and 2 young roos were wiped out by a mink and I had hoped to have these babies to rebuild my flock.

I am sorry to hear that... This is my first hatch.. But after my egg-topsy last night I feel like none will make it either....​
