I would love an OMLET CUBE!!! But they are too expensive. I am saving up for one. My hubby says when we move to Europe, I can get two....yeah, like that's ever gonna happen. The shipping to the states is killer too!! If I were you, I would check your local craigslist. I've seen a few used ones for sale in my area. They are easy to clean. You could just wipe it down with some bleach and you don't have to pay for shipping! I had to make my coop but a good friend of mine had an omlet, the original one. She had nine bantams and two standards sleeping in there at night. They had separate nesting boxes but still it was cramped. But the girls stayed very warm in the CO winter and she never lost any. PLUS it was a breeze to clean. The cube can hold up to ten standard hens. They have a new one too that is less expensive...don't remember what it's called but it is just as convenient but not as fancy. Ah...one day...
