Well from the feedback I guess I will go with a pulsing fence charger. My grandson is only 2 months old right now so I don't have to worry about him walking out there and touching it right yet. Although it could be a good lesson for when he gets older about touching things he is told not too.
No I really would not let him do that. I know my grandfather did it to me once and that is all it took. Lit my a** on fire and I stayed away from that fence and area from then on!
