We have electric fence for our chickens. What we did was buy some posts and 2x4 fencing (14 gauge) with 2 ft high poultry netting on the bottom. We strung an electric wire on the top and 4" above the ground. It works great!! It is much cheaper this way!

If you do buy from Premier 1 be sure you are ordering what you want. Their return policy is pricey they are rude and not at all helpful on the phone. I order a kit from them and it looked horrible with the bright white finish. They will let me return it but it will cost me $100 to send it back. It is still in my garage....
