I was wondering if any people use this and if it works to keep the predators out my main concerns are cats and dogs

Several people use it. Look up APPA Member and JackE as they use it with adult birds. APPA has dogs in with birds while JackE does not. I use it with dogs mostly on outside but my dogs can get in when need be. My birds are juveniles and can get in and out of it easily while ground predators are greatly slowed down.

We use electric poultry netting with mobile shelters. We have never had a predator get through and we have plenty of them around. The only losses we have had ( very few, mostly chicks up to 6 weeks old ) is to hawks, so far.
