The voices of other horses were heard. Two mists began form nearby, and two horses appeared. One was a stallion of great height and build. The other was a mare, very delicate looking. Both were jet black with white swirls on their coats. Their eyes were pure white, glowing in the darkness.

"Son Anaru." The stallion greeted Anaru.

"And Daughter Flicka." The mare greeted Flicka.

Lux smiled back. "Wow," he thought, "She was the best thing that has EVER happened to me. Well aside from that one time i got that... Nope she is the best thing that has ever happened to me!"
