I only let him see him for like 5 minutes and I let them see eachother through the fence. It was kinda sad and cute because as soon as they saw eachother they were quaking loudly and were looking at eachother through the fence.

So since it's out, whenever the scabs clear away then what do I do, the tissue is dry and anytime I try to push it back in it just comes right back out

I'm pretty sure you'll need to moisten it with something, you dont want it drying out. Did you read the link that miss Lydia gave?

I would just keep the Neosporin on until it heals. Maybe try reinserting after a couple days.
