embroidered barred rock

I have an embroidery business. I was searching for designs this morning and found this chicken. I am thinking of changing the colors and putting on some shirts. Do you think this is a "good looking" chicken if the colors are changed?

Why not take pictures of your chickens, blow them up on the computer and use tracing paper to make your own original design? That gives you bragging rights when speaking to customers!

It is cute, but to me it looks more like a tiger chicken -in black and white it may look like a zebra!

I'd probably go with a solid-color one, unless you can find one that looks more barred, rather than striped.

[edit] Here are some other chicken embroidery patterns I found, now I'm inspired too!

- scroll for a rooster and a "porcelain" chicken family
- sets of hens (with a real barred rock!) and roosters

I think it's cute. You would probably want to make it solid instead of the tiger strips. Make it all red and it'll be a RIR!! Can you rebroider pillows and stuff like that? That would be cool.

My coworker does embroidery and found that EXACT same chicken this morning for me! I like the cheetah one best though. I think they're great!

One's Jerry, Jerry my Black and White Leghorn mix and the other is Tom, an EE.

I can do other colours with this also, but these were an experiment. LOL

Are those embroidered or ironed on? They look like those sticky things you iron on. I like them.
