One poster already said that she is too young to have a massive worm infestation. And, it is recommended not to give a wormer to a sick chicken. Let the medicine from the vet have time to work and keep feeding her...every time her crop goes empty. Be sure she is getting enough water as well. Dehydration can be a killer too.
It very possible that the wazine would do more harm than good, at least right now. I don't know where you are, but here, with the temps at 100 and heat index at 112, my chickens drink A LOT OF WATER. With dogs, cats and people, you can check for dehydration by gently pinching up a bit of loose skin. If it lays right back down, that's good. But, if the skin stays where you pinched it, it means dehydration. It might work for chickens too.
BTW, just ignore the guy with the bad advice.
