Emergency:2 day old chick can't poop

My DH just bought 4 new chicks to go with our other 9. The 4 new are ameraucana's but one is very sickly. s/he cant poop but doesn't have pasty butt. Wont eat or drink and is very lethargic. Hardly any movement even with the other chicks walking all over it. Is it a possibility we need to cull it. my DH doesnt want to waste time trying to save it but I'm a softie and want to try everything I can
