A vitamin B-2 (riboflavin) deficiency can cause them to not be able to stand. Give her lots of vitamin B rich foods.

Just thought I would share a picture of Milo Chicken and Milo Kitten. Milo Chicken was doing her wing flapping thing and ended up with her wing over Milo Kitten, who seemed pretty fine with that. Best friends <3
