The sudden onset of symptoms track with exposure to petroleum distillates poisoning, paint thinner, transmission fluids, etc. It can also track with egg binding. You can safely treat for those even if you don't know for sure what's going on.

Keep trying to get her to drink the solution of electrolytes and sugar. This can stabilize her. Dip her beak repeatedly and she should then discover it's sweet and continue drinking on her own. If not, syringe the solution into her like the photo shows below.

Go buy some calcium citrate with D3. Photo of this is also below. Push the whole, uncrushed, undesolved tablet into her beak and she will easily swallow it without choking. Also, buy some activated charcoal and give her a couple of capsules three times today the same way. This will not hurt anything if we're wrong about the toxic exposure. These are all things you can do that may possibly save your hen's life.
