EmergEncy! Chick missing part of wing with bald spot underneath... HELP!

Gathered him from under a broody hen. He was looking fine till by sister saw a redish blue veined bald spot under his wing which was noticeably lacking feathers.
He ate, but isn't drinking excessively like new chicks do.
He is 1 day old.
HELP I've never had this problem before.

Right now he is seperate from the other hatchlings. They are ALL fine and healthy. So far 8/9 have hatched. He is the only injured one.
I'm confused... I raise chickens in large flocks so i'm not unfamiliar with injuries.

We need a lot more information (photos would be really helpful) before we can help you. My gut tells me to let him stay with the broody for now.
