Thanks a ton ♥Gapeworm is fairly rare, especially in backyard chickens, but there is a condition whose symptoms include white bumps in the mouth. There are a few experts on here that can be found in the thread I link below that can assist you FAR better than I. Below is a link to that thread. Eggcessive, who has already responded above, is one of those folks. Wyorp Rock is another, along with dawg53, casportpony, and a few I'm surely forgetting :-(
You can also run your own searches once you're on the forums page of BYC. Where you see the FORUM tab at the top of the page, look to the next row below it, and find "Search forums". Search boxes will come up that lets you search with keywords for your chicken's condition, by forum member, etc. I came up with this link using keywords "white lesions in mouth":
