Emergency! Chick with head skinned UPDATE

While away at work today one of my 21/2 week old broiler chicks got into the pen wtih my layers. Needless to say he was found with out any feather or skin on is head. I have isolatd him in the house with feed and water with antibotics . I cleaned up the wound the best I could and sprayed blue kote on it. I think that he even may be missing an eye. Is there anything else I could possibly do for this little chick before I have to make the dreaded decesion to cull. (sorry spell bad when tired). Please any advise would be appreciated.

Chick eats and drinks if hand feed. Appears to be blind in both eyes. Only eats feed when water is added. Why no blue-kote? Can I add poly-vi-sol vitamin to feed?

Keep him separated and warm. Maybe a baby aspirin in his water. And make sure he was some food and water.

Blu Kote makes the broiler chicken not edible. If you have need for ER on your broilers try iodine solutions and neosporin and putting them in a dim quiet place to heal.
