I have a wonderful cream legbar named Doofenschmirtz, whom I raised from a chick. I wanna say she's about a year old, and like my others, she always comes running up with the whole flock for treats. The other day, I found her hiding behind a nesting box. We thought she was trying to lay in a weird spot, as she walked around fine after we picked her up (to see if she was egg-bound), so we let her be. The next day, she was in the same spot, but something was definitely wrong this time; she was hunched over, as if she were going to lay an egg, but with a yellow, cottage cheese-like discharge covering her feathers and panting. I brought her in and checked again to see if she had any abnormal swelling, egg-bound, etc. Nothing. No sign of worms either. Came to the conclusion of vent gleet from the discharge though her bottom is just pink not red. Just started the Monistat 3 as I was told to yesterday. She's eating, she's drinking. I have grubterras peck purity in her food and hen harmony in her water as a natural dewormer, just in case yanno. my concern though, is that during her Epsom salt baths, she keeps pooping green in those? To my knowledge, that can happen from consuming things like too many leafy greens, etc., or it can indicate food isn't being digested or internal worms....? She is eating, so it shouldn't be green yea....? I want to hope this is just vent gleet but...Pic of her during her epsom bath today for attention TTwTT

Vent gleet, a fungal infection of the GI tract, can be overdiagnosed. Is her vent area bare and reddened or have white patches? Post any of her abnormal droppings. I would try to get her eating some balanced chicken feed with some probiotic several days a week.

Sounds like she may be having a hard time expelling an egg. If she were mine, I'd give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 now, then once daily for a week.

See that she's eating a nutritionally balanced feed. It would be a good idea to take a sample of her poop to a vet for testing to see if she needs deworming.
