She made it thru the night I cleaned her 2 injuries underneath her wing and put the blue ointment. She doesn't seem to be able to use one of her legsso She spends her laying partially on her side. I cannot get her to drink from a bowl and she isn't eating anything yet. Could this be because she's in sock? Also should I try to give her food and water in a different way than putting her beak up to it? Please help with any suggestions I really appreciate it

Can you post some pictures of the injuries, so we can see them?
What did you clean the wounds with? Is she pooping?
How old is she?
I'm going to attach a splinting manual below that explains how to examine for a fracture, so you can check her leg for that. You can also compare with an uninjured bird. She also could just be very, very sore and bruised.
Blu-kote is better for small, shallow wounds, so in this case plain neosporin or plain triple antibiotic ointment would be better for wounds. Apply 2 or 3 times a day as needed to keep the wounds covered in ointment and moist.
Try giving her some sugar water or electrolites or gatorade, see if she will drink that. You can syringe it, but have to be careful to go slowly and let her swallow so she doesn't aspirate. Give room temperature to slightly warmed fluids, not cold. It's often safer to tube fluids.
I will also attach links for how to give medications (and fluids) orally, safely, and how to tube fluids if needed.
