EMERGENCY DUCKLING HELPHELP HELP

PLEASE LOCALFEED Store called me to help with duckling hatched this morning so it is eating and drinking now how ever it has no balance it just falls .its talking to me now verry vocal but still cant stand what wrong what do i do please anyone

! Lots of times issues are caused by lack of vitamins. Save-A-Chick vitamins that can be added to water or even children's Poly-vi-sol can be given with a eye dropper several times a day and it helps them get better. It can be caused by hatching issues or parent flock was lacking nutrients. Don't give up lots of times it only takes a couple days of TLC.

So its problem notb a broken neck itvtries to get up and is stronger just no balance wemlive in very small town so it will be tomorrow before can get them I've never had little one before how often do I need to feed it threw night its finally sleeping with out me holding it so don't want to wake it but dont want to kill it

If it ate and drank is should be fine tonight. I would try to give it vitamins at least 3x a day or every couple hours just a little if, you can during the day.

Some ducks have a niacin deficiency - try posting on the duck threads in "Other Backyard Poultry" forum- I believe it' causes a weakness or inability to stand, etc. Hope he will be alright.
