I have heard some people say to try to keep them in a steamed bathroom if they are too stressed to be soaked… @casportpony maybe you can correct me if I am wrong? I am no expert in emergencies.

I've heard that to. Was trying to find the article I read that on. I believe I also read that a heating pad is a good idea. I could be wrong.

Exactly. If this bird is weak she should not be soaked. Soaking her could kill her.

Is a vet an option?

Can I soak her??? I have unscented salts, a heated sink bath already filled...

It doesn't sound like a good idea. Turn the shower on with hot water running. That usually steams my bathroom up quickly. 5-10 minutes max.
