So up until today I haven’t opened my incubator except to take the 4 chicks out yesterday because they were getting way to active and knocking all the other eggs around. During all of this I obviously had to open the incubator to remove her I have 2 other eggs that have broken through the shell will they be ok? I tried to just slide my hand in and get her rather then take the whole lid off... so I guess it’s just a waiting game to see if it effected them?

2 hatched last night at some point one broke through the shell this morning and I’m just starting to hear chirps from a few of the others they were a few days behind

Sorry for the lost chick, I don't think there is anything you could have done, some just don't hatch out right and that's why chickens have such a large clutch size, their infant mortality rate is high.
