EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED

My duckling has something coming out of it's​ tummy, was hatched 3 days ago and has been perfectly fine and today this knot appears and then it's as of her insides are falling out! She's not even acting like anything is wrong, I don't know what this is or what to do! Any advice would be appreciated

Did you pull on the umbilical cord? If so you will have to put the stuff back in a stitch it back up.

I pushed everything back inside her tummy, can't stich it, but put Neosporin on it, gave her amoxicillin and wrapped in, idk what else to do
