Emergency Incubator trouble on day 20!! NEED HELP!!! Please!!*update!*

I have a covatutto7 incubator, with 6 fertile eggs in it, on day 20. So far i've heard peeps and seen eggs rocking.

But when i came up after a few hours of watching tv to check on them, the incubator light was off!

!! After half an our of fiddling with the bator and trying my hardest to keep the eggs warm, i've got it set back up.

Theres no way of telling how long of the 2 hours that i was away, the light was off, when i got to the bator it was way below on about 95F and the bulb was cold!
Please, will this have damaged my chickies? This is my first ever hatch and i'm worried that they wont hatch! please, help me!

****** Now the bator is way too hot and i can't change the thermostat to lower it!!

Any ideas on how to fix this??? *************

If they were on day 20, and got to 95 or so for 2 hours, then i think they still have a chance. sending good vibes**********

I think they will be fine, just give them some extra time

Both of my hens got off the nest and left a very cold egg. After I warmed it up it still hatched. I think you have a good chance. BTW. I never saw any chicks move in the eggs, or saw the eggs rock, so hang in there.
