Emergency! My Dad just tested me this pic!

I am out of town, and my Dad just tested me this pic of my 12 week old Sicilian Buttercup pullet that has a huge craw as my Dad says. They have access to grit, and don't know what to do about it. Never had a chicken have this before, and I don't want her to die. Please help asap, please!

Is her crop squishy or hard? (The crop is the part that is swollen on her) It could be Sour Crop. Search it up on line and see if any of the symptoms match. Poor little pullet!!!
