I hope I don’t come across as rude or insensitive but I do want to offer some advice. While a duck, especially a a heavy breed is setting and especially at hatching time I would try not to upset them. It’s so easy for them to crush their young while upset. Just let them do their thing, so they can remain calm and peaceful. That actually goes for most animals during birth. I know there are some circumstances where you need to intervene but peeking under a bird that is easily upset during hatch is not a good idea.
