Even when no other symptoms presented and the poop has now returned to normal?
It's possible that the poop you saw was cecal poop, that could explain why the other poops looked normal. Mine usually pass their cecal poop twice a day.

Maybe I wasn't clear, if it was bloody cecal poop, then it's most likely cecal coccidiosis and needs to be treated. There are at least nine different strains of chicken coccidia, and they are found in different location in the intestines.
Does that make better sense?
