I'm not sure. My first though would be VetRX, though some people say it doesn't do anything. Make sure their nostrils are clear, sometimes food or dirt can get stuck in there.
That's kinda how Jaiden was sitting when she got sick, though I don't think your birds have the same thing she did.. she had a abdominal tumor. I think the squatted puffed up appearance is part of the 'I feel sick' posture. Hopefully some of the previous suggestions help them perk up.
 
I agree it’s a bit of a wait and see right now. The Nutri-Drench and salmon could perk them. I would separate them for easier monitoring. Intake and output can tell you a lot. The more clues the better.

I’ve used Colloidal Silver for respiratory issues. You can get it at GNC’s or Vitamin Shoppes. I’ve bought it online as well. Some people swear by it while others think it’s bunk. I personally don’t think it will hurt to try.

I am one that thinks Vetrx is an expensive version of Vicks VapoRub...I have no idea how you would use that, sorry.
