The swelling may be due to the injury, so give it a little time to see if the swelling resolves once she starts healing.

I agree, clean the wound.

See that she's drinking. You can offer her wet mushy feed to see if she can manage that better than crumbles. She's going to be sore for a while.

As for the shifting of the beak, it may stay that way or eventually correct itself once she's healing.

House her separately until she heals, Quail can be quite mean and brutal to one another even when they have been raised together.
