I can see what's wrong with the back end, let's work on the front end peak off some of the first membrane

That's definitely pee that's by his beak. Poor kid, swimming in his own yuck..

Peal his first membrane off and when you do it make a circle around his beak..

Take a Qtip, go underneath his membrane up to that large vein and gently clean that gooy stuff off. If this does what I think it will do WE HAVE SOLVED HIS PROBLEM..

Wet him again let see what that did
