Emergency!! Positioned wrong/Assisted hatching! Please help!

She's scooting around, but pretty tired. She's making her mommy call occasionally, however, and it's pretty strong. I have one more errand to run, and then I'm all ears and prepared to do whatever is necessary. Thank you for all your help, and great to meet you!

I should be back in 45 min, or so. I'm hurrying! With the baby duckies needing so much I've put off getting stuff done all week. I just checked her, and she's looking good, but that darn cord just won't dry up. What should I plan on doing?

The problem with that, Miss Lydia, is that other new guy is tall enough to hit his head on the heating element. Baby cant get up yet and she's in pain from her umbilical cord. Maybe (since we have two heat lamps) we can make a second nest for her.
little brother is also getting a tad bit aggressive (because his big brother picks on him) and he's starting to learn how to hold his own. I'm afraid he might do that with her..
On the other hand, after number four is hatched, the two will be able to stay in the bator together for a bit. So (HOPEFULLY) she wont be alone for long..
I didn't realize she was having difficulty diff not put anyone in there till that is cleared up. sorry for butting in. I hope she'll be okay.
