Emergency!! Positioned wrong/Assisted hatching! Please help!

Good he was sooooo ready, his feet has to be on the bottom, if he flips over DONT worry about him, leave him in ther if you keep taken him out to set his feet to the bottom he'll get chilly, you see he's wet now very easy for him to get cold, so we have to keep him in that warm BATOR.
 
Bottom part of his beak should be laying on the floor or the grate of the bator, and the eyes and top beak looking up towards the top of the bator.

The shell is deteriorated to the point that it's hard to keep his feet on the ground. But he's peeping. He seems so tired. He worked so hard..
