Get more towels and some warm water bottles ASAP, she looks like she's not going to live long. If she can't sit up, you need to place her in a position where her head is up so she is less likely to vomit.

Place her head on a pillow or wrap up a towel and place under head,warm those towels immediately and place under and on her,but do not cover her head.

Luke, YOU HAVE TO GET HER WARMED UP!! Before you do anything else, YOU MUST GET HER WARMED UP! If you don't, then everything you try to do to her is not going to help her, but will hurt her worse instead!! When you get her warmed up, then you can try to figure out what is wrong with her. But FIRST, GET HER WARM!!

without the solid warmth not much will be effective.
ill be just watching so you can concentrate on helping her.
get her body temperature up and keep it there.

then take her out of your shirt and use them.
