Listen I know that you dont want to lose your buddy. But if you care for him like you seem to then putting him down, or having someone put him down might be a better option than allowing him to suffer. Maybe maybe more pictures or video would help people make a better analysis. He sounds in bad shape though.
Try to get some nutrients in him. Scrambled egg. Nutri-drench directly into his mouth. Or something with added electrolytes in his water. Try to give him some energy to keep fighting and get him in a small comfortable place so that he doesnt try to move much. That's where I would start, maybe clean his face and assess the wounds.
Please consider that you may lose him and may have to put him down to keep him from suffering. Sorry
My rooster which is about to turn 2 years old. My neighbors got him and made him fight with two other roosters and I didn’t know. My rooster is badly injured. His left eye is swollen and his white eye lid is poking out and can’t close it. His right eye is closed shut covered with blood and is a scab so he can’t open it. His feathers on his head are gone. He is having a hard time breathing. He can’t lift his head up for more than a few seconds and than he has to bring his head down and rest it and he loses his balance. His nostrils are covered by scans of blood. And when I give him water so much saliva comes out and fills his mouth and then it’s harder for him to breathe. His red flap on his his(idk what it’s called) it’s covered in blood. His face is swollen so much. He tries to stand but almost falls and has to rest his head. Idk if his neck is broken. All the people who treat chickens charge 1000 dollars and I can’t afford it. It pains my heart to see him like that. He is my baby in my heart. If he dies Idk what I’m gonna do in my life. The right side is just covered in blood and scabs. PLEEEEEEAAAASE HELP ME AND HIM
