We don't have animal control here either. I called Metro, but they serve "casper" and I'm in "county" area. My mother in law used to raise rabbit here, and she came out to 3 german shepards doing the same thing to her bunnies...She grabbed a 2X4 and hit one square on the head. It turned on her! So Jim came out with a gun. Took the dogs (deceased) to their owner. The guy didn't even care!!! I really hate irresponsible owners like that!! I have 4 dogs, and I know where they are AT ALL TIMES!!!
