She is in the garage with a heat lampIt could be so many things, and it's almost certainly not the crop. Can you put her in a warm room?

To verify that this hen has sour crop, you need to check her first thing in the morning before she eats anything. Can you go over to Grandma's as soon as you get up? If the crop is still full tomorrow morning, you probably have sour crop to deal with. Here's a rundown on all the crop issues and how to tell what you have and how to treat them. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/
You don't want to massage a sour crop. You don't want to hold the hen upside down and make her vomit, either. These things risk the hen aspirating sour fluid into her lungs. Then you would have a dead chicken.
Hi everyone. I am so SO sorry for the extremely late update, I had 3 family emergencies happening all at the same time I tried my hardest to save Cleopatra the sick hen, but sadly she passed away but I am glad she's not in pain anymore. I don't know if this is related to what she had or not but shortly after her passing I had 4 more chickens pass away, they all got very skinny and had green poop and died. I finally was able to get some dewormer and dewormed all my chickens, since then I haven't had any sick chickens so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I miss all five of them very much and I feel awful. I tried treating them all with Baytril and they seemed to get better and then they just died and I still don't know why. Thank you all for your help and support, I am sorry I couldn't save her.
